Who are we?
Sylvester solutions was founded in 2019. The main trigger was the ability to be able to focus on quality and customer experience and not only on cost. The 2 founders have more than 20 years of experience in IT: software development, project management and user support.
Where does the name Sylvester Solutions come from?
After some brainstorming the company was named after the company cat, as her favorite resting place is a laptop keyboard.
What is our vision?
Our vision is to focus on You: the user of our software.
It is not about technology or about anything else. Focusing on You as a user means focusing on Your experience using the product. It is focusing on the user experience.
Focus on the user experience?
A lot of people complain about “user friendliness” of the software they use. There are few topics that raise more discussions than this one. At SylvesterSolutions.com we use a very practical approach: if you know your craft ( = how to program an Arduino board) and you know how to use a PC, then you should be able to get started and use 75% of the functions in the software without need for documentation or help.
